Prohibited Uses

Users must not use AI features to:

• Generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or discriminatory content.
• Impersonate individuals or entities.
• Facilitate fraud, harassment, or misinformation.

Compliance

Mailly’s AI features are designed for lawful B2B communication use. Customers remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including spam, privacy, and data protection regulations.

We may improve AI systems over time to enhance safety, performance, and reliability.
